Online training is a great way to get all the benefits of working together while saving you travel time and allowing you to fit workouts in on your own schedule.
HOW IT WORKS...
- First, we'll "meet" for an Initial Consultation (which is complimentary) by phone, email, or Skype - Then, based on your needs, goals, interests, current fitness level, and any injuries or health concerns, I'll develop a personalized exercise program for you - Within a few days, you'll receive your first workout plan with detailed instructions. At this time you may also opt for a Skype session to review the workout together - this is a great opportunity if you're unsure about any of the exercises or would like personalized instruction regarding proper form - Moving forward, we'll check-in and work together to apply necessary modifications, further personalize your workouts, and determine the next workout plan (generally about 2-4 weeks)
Give yourself and your family the gift of good health and wellness - physically, mentally, and emotionally. You will not only feel stronger and more confident, you will have more energy, greater focus and organization, and sleep better (when you can anyway!) Whether you are interested in personal instruction in your home or in joining a group of moms in a stroller-based class, you'll get a moderate, total-body workout designed especially for new moms. We'll use a variety of CARDIO DRILLS, STRENGTH exercises, stretching and CORE WORK to target all your mommy muscles while your little one enjoys the ride and quality time with you. *Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a cesarean section) and have doctor’s verbal approval to resume physical exercise.
OUTDOOR TRAINING is always a favorite when the weather permits. Fresh air and natural surroundings add a healing, nurturing element, while setting the stage for some adventure. Park benches, stone walls, playgrounds, the beach, tennis and basketball courts, as well as your very own backyard, deck or driveway, all offer their own unique elements that can be incorporated into a fun and challenging workout.
