An advocate for health, happiness and compassion for all, Victoria’s lifelong passion for wellness began in her teens. For years she devoured every book, article, class, conference and retreat she could on every relevant subject, from psychology, nutrition and neuroscience to yoga, breathwork and meditation, finally leaving behind a successful career in public relations to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2005.

Since then, Victoria has had the privilege of working with children, men, women, and senior citizens, brides, couples, coworkers and families – inspiring, motivating, educating and supporting each one to accomplish their personal health, fitness, and nutrition goals – with the ultimate and unifying goal of a healthier mind, body and life.

Victoria works with her clients to achieve not only greater physical fitness, but also spiritual, mental and emotional well-being. Through one-on-one coaching, classes and workshops, she takes her clients on an inside-out adventure leading them to greater inner peace, mental clarity, emotional calm, physical health, passion, purpose and freedom.

Victoria is also a Certified Children's Yoga Teacher and teaches yoga classes for children of all ages, preteens and teens, as well as Mommy & Me yoga, fitness, and stroller-based exercise classes.

Living with her husband in a small suburb south of Boston, Victoria loves spending time near the ocean, hiking, cooking (and eating!), reading, learning new things, spur-of-the-moment road trips and spending time with loved ones, including their dog, Bear, and two cats, Sophie and Orion.

A Note from Victoria...

It is my greatest belief that we are all meant to overcome the things we struggle with (and make no mistake, we all struggle with something – fear, insecurity, poor health, depression, anxiety, trauma, boredom), learn from them, be stronger because of them… and live out our dreams and passions, truly creating our most amazing life.

Having been a victim of emotional and sexual abuse as a child, I know how difficult it can be to overcome adversity and feel whole… never mind happy, healthy, loved, beautiful, worthy or successful… but it’s possible, I promise you, and if I can do it so can you – every single one of you.

It doesn’t matter what you struggle with - whether a painful divorce, dull ache for a more passionate and fulfilling life, or simply to be heard, seen, and validated – pain is pain, fear is fear, and all change begins within you.

I believe in the power of everything I teach – exercise, nutrition, meditation, gratitude, journaling, living your values – not only because they are tools, habits and lifestyle changes proven (scientifically and through the test of time) to enhance health, happiness, and well-being, but because they are the very tools, habits, and lifestyle changes that guided, challenged, and supported me as I journeyed from victim to survivor to the happy, healthy, grateful, passionate and compassionate person I am today. These very tools (along with many “mistakes”, difficult lessons, and some amazing, loving,
compassionate people) saved my life, my very best life.

Now, I am here today, with you, grateful and beyond excited, to pay it forward.

I’m so excited to meet you, talk with you, hear from you, and know you. I hope you will find this site helpful and come back often, but also please feel welcome to email or call me with questions, concerns, ideas, or just to share your story. I’m always here and always eager to hear from you.

With all my heart,
Victoria
