  and generally includes a warm-up,

• Customized exercise plan ​designed             specifically for you and your goals

• Minimal space needed (about the size
   of a yoga mat!)

• 1-2 Pairs of dumbbells or exercise bands
   recommended but not necessary


• I use an online platform, completely free
  to you, designed specifically for fitness
