  • EVERYDAY, I'll send you a NEW WORKOUT video to follow along with me and/or healthy "homework" ...and don't worry, there are rest days too! ;)
 
  • Each workout is approximately 20 minutes, because you don't need to spend all day at the gym to look and feel your best! ​Because creating a sustainable habit of consistency is KEY and in most cases it's actually MORE BENEFICIAL to do shorter, more focused workouts (especially if you are over 40!)
 
  • If you miss a workout, that's ok! You'll have access to all of the recordings to go back to anytime or simply pick up where you left off. Life happens and remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint. It's about progress, not perfection.
 
  • I'll show you what to eat for peak ENERGY, balanced hormones, a healthy gut, and HEATLHY WEIGHT-LOSS - foods that fill you up for less calories while nourishing your strong, capable, amazing body.
 
  • We will have WEEKLY 1:1 CHECK-INS (you get to choose the format that works for you - phone, email, Zoom, text - this is YOUR journey) so that you get the support, guidance and accountability YOU need to achieve YOUR GOALS.​

FAQ

How long is each class?  Each class is approximately 20 minutes.

Will I be able to do the workouts?  These classes are moderate/intermediate, will build on one another throughout the 4 weeks, and offer lots of modifications for different strength levels and variations to increase or decrease intensity.

Do I need a lot of equipment?  It is helpful to have 1 or 2 pairs of dumbbells, but other things can work just fine too, like canned vegetables and filled water bottles!
