FAQ

How long is each class?  Each class is 30 - 40 minutes and includes a warm-up, workout and cool down.

Will I be able to do the workouts?  These classes are moderate/intermediate, will build on one another throughout the 4 weeks, and offer lots of modifications for different strength levels and variations to increase or decrease intensity.

Will anyone be able to see me?  ​Participants CANNOT see or hear each other, but I (the instructor) will be able to see and hear each participant.

Do I need a lot of equipment?  It is helpful to have 1 or 2 pairs of dumbbells, but other things can work just fine too, like canned vegetables and filled water bottles!
